Rear-delt isolation. The book prefers the cable version over dumbbells — the strength curve is even, so you get tension top and bottom (DB reverse flies are too light at the bottom).

Cross the cables, arms nearly straight, sweep out and back leading with the pinkies. High reps, smooth tempo.
